Terms of Service
Last updated: July 28, 2026This English-language Terms of Service is the governing legal document. A Hebrew translation is provided for convenience at /terms/he. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the two versions, this English version shall prevail.
Use of the TaxFlow service (the "Service") is subject to the terms set out in this document. Accessing or using the Service constitutes agreement to these terms.
1. Description of the Service
TaxFlow helps businesses (עוסקים) and accounting firms centralize, extract data from, and export invoices received via Gmail or WhatsApp. The Service provides a data organization and classification tool, and does not constitute tax advice, legal advice, or bookkeeping advice.
2. User Account
Registration requires a valid email address. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity conducted through their account.
3. Fees, Plans, and Usage Limits
Business owner (עוסק) accounts start on a free Basic plan — up to 20 invoices per month, with documents retained for 60 days, no trial period and no credit card required. A self-serve, paid Pro plan is available for Business owner accounts, raising the monthly invoice limit and extending document retention; current limits, pricing, and retention periods are published at /pricing and may change from time to time. Accounting firm (מייצג) accounts are offered on a custom basis; pricing is communicated separately and is not set out in this document.
Monthly invoice limits are enforced. Once an account reaches its plan's limit for the month, the Service will decline to ingest or create additional invoices for that account until the limit resets at the start of the next month or the account upgrades to a plan with a higher limit. We make reasonable efforts to notify an account as it approaches its limit. We reserve the right to change plan limits, pricing, or retention periods, or to introduce new plans, subject to reasonable advance notice to existing paying customers before any change adverse to them takes effect.
4. Gmail and WhatsApp Connections
Connecting a Gmail account grants the Service read-only access solely to locate invoice attachments. This connection may be disconnected at any time from account settings. Sending an invoice via WhatsApp constitutes consent to processing the content of that message to the extent relevant to the invoice only.
5. Accuracy of Extracted Data
Fields automatically extracted from invoices (supplier, amount, date, invoice number, allocation number) are based on automated recognition technology and may contain errors. It is the user's responsibility to review and confirm the data before exporting or relying on it for reporting or bookkeeping purposes. TaxFlow is not liable for errors resulting from reliance on information that was not verified by the user.
6. Linking a Business to an Accounting Firm
A business owner may create a share link granting an accounting firm access to their invoices. Revoking the link blocks future access; invoices already ingested into the firm's system will be handled per the agreement between the parties, outside the Service.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Upload documents that do not belong to you or were obtained unlawfully.
- Attempt to circumvent security mechanisms, rate limiting, or access controls.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". TaxFlow is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Service, including data-extraction errors, delays in invoice ingestion, or temporary unavailability of the Service.
9. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update these terms or modify features of the Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of them.
